This painting is another one I did on Saturday. Such fun and I love this technique.    I was in a bright mood and that is how I picked my colors.

A Friend posted this on my Facebook page and I wanted to post it on my Blog!  This country needs GOD back in it.
 We need to flood Facebook with nothing but prayer for a awhile!!! Our people are hurting. Lord, we need You. ☝ Please sweep through this nation and heal this land. Restore our strength , renew our minds, and cast out anything that's not of You. ☝Then Father God, please stop by and heal the hearts of all the grieving families , protect our youth and guide them along the right path, help the homeless, the hungry, ones behind prison walls, institutionalized, in hospitals, and in nursing homes.

I see so many birds in our yard.  This cardinal is a frequent visitor. We feed them in the winter.  He is done in oils on a canvas hardboard panel that I make. He measures  10"x8"

This is  a detailed tree with some blue bonnets. The painting has tons of details.  This landscape was the first one I did in the workshop. I used the traditional colors on this one. It is on a stretched canvas and is signed and ready to be framed.
