Bluebonnet Bliss with Majestic Longhorn. This oil on canvas panel artwork portrays a restful longhorn cow amidst a vibrant field of bluebonnet flowers. I aimed for a realistic style, capturing the peace and natural beauty of the scene with its serene landscape backdrop. The addition of the bluebonnets was a unique touch that brings out the tranquility overarching the artwork. Inspired by the majestic longhorn cattle, I enjoyed every moment in creating this and can't wait for you to see it!

I found this herd of longhorns and    took many photos. This one measures 10x20  and is on a canvas panel.

 He is sitting in a field of Blue Bonnets.

Blue Bonnets 2 was done on raymar panels and put on a fence post.  The largest painting is 8x12 and the smallest is 6x6   My husband and I mounted them on a fence post that turned. He works with wood. I have varnished the whole piece and have put a hanger on the back. Perfect piece for a Cabin or country home.
