I painted this painting from under a bridge in Colorado. I could hear the water rushing and see all the splashing. It was wonderful. I loved see the Aspin trees so bright and yellows. The painting hangs in our home. It measures 9"x12" and is framed and signed. I have the greatest memories of painting out there with the OPS group.

This is my second Plein Air painting I did from our paintout in March. Just got around to posting. I loved being outside and painting. Too long without this in my life. I brought one of my students and husband with us and the four of us had a ball.
She is hooked. WE will do this again. My other favorite subject is painting the bayou. That park in Louisiana was wonderful and we took tons of photos. This painting is not framed but I have signed it.
March 14,2026, I went to Sam Houston Jones Park in Westlake, La to plein air paint with the Outdoor Painters Society. We had to greatest time. I brought one of my students and we had a wonderful time. I love painting the Bayou and this painting is no exception.
Lots of people were out in the park. Toni and I will go there again! She loved Plein Air. I saw three of my favorite painting buddies and caught up. Help me put a name to this painting!! What would you name it?

Cypress tree at Pedernales River was done on location. Fun painting to do. Measures 12″x 9″ and on a gallery wrap canvas. The painting is also signed by me. My Art friend and I went to the Bunk House for a few days to paint and we came across this fantastic tree and stopped to paint. We stood in the river bed to get some photos of this magnificent tree.
