On a recent paint out, we had a lovely Egret visit. I painted him.  He is on a tiny 3"x6"  canvas panel.  I wanted him to look small against the cypress knee.  He was just stretching his long neck and fishing.  The painting is not framed.

The red eyed green frog is done with oils and is framed.  He was fun to paint and I have painted another green frog. The background is done with blue black and he is sitting on a lily pad.
