I love doing plein air and this is my latest since getting back from Colorado.   My friends went and painted a few weeks ago.  This is a view of Dr. Jones' pond. He is so very gracious to let us paint there.

Aspens in the Valley was done in Pagosa  Springs, Co and what a time we had.  The aspens were so bright  yellow and some vivid greens. The trunks were shouting.. I loved painting and the company we had.. The painting measures 9"x12" and is signed and will have a frame.

I love to paint flowers. This was recommended to me by a close friend. I love how it came out.  I have framed it in a black wood frame. The background is purple,yellow and white. Yes, it is . The iris are purple and the vase has a glaze of purple on it.  I have signed the painting for you.

This painting was done Saturday morning and it was very hot. I lasted about 1 hour.  I wanted the shadows to show and the banana leaves against the fence. The bird house was  a plus for me.
