Three Pelicans is done with oils and on a canvas hardboard panel that I make. Three Pelicans was done from my photos taken near Gilchrist,Texas. I am so glad the pelicans are plentiful. They had disappeared but now are back.

This blue Hyacinth macaw was done in  oils.. I found him at Moody Gardens in Galveston,Texas. He posed and posed for my grandsons. I have painted him several times as I have tons of photos of him.
