Lighthouse on Linen

     Lighthouse on Linen 10"x30" stretched canvas is my recent seascape.  I used three colors for this one and am happy with it.  I painted the sides so you don't have to frame but I think a frame would be nice.  Thank you for viewing my art.~~Barbara

This  Bromeliad was a pot plant that was on my old studio porch.  It measures 12x9 and is done in oils on a stretched canvas.  It is available for purchase.  

The meaning of BROMELIAD is any of the chiefly tropical American usually epiphytic plants comprising the pineapple family and including Spanish moss and various ornamentals.

Blue Bonnets 2 was done on raymar panels and put on a fence post.  The largest painting is 8x12 and the smallest is 6x6   My husband and I mounted them on a fence post that turned. He works with wood. I have varnished the whole piece and have put a hanger on the back. Perfect piece for a Cabin or country home.

          I hope you like my new bird painting. I love Toucans.  They fascinate me when you watch them. I painted these from photos I took many  years ago from a Zoo.  The painting is available on my website.  They measure 20x16 and are on a stretched canvas.
