Yesterday's painting was the first Pounders' Beach Study and today is the one I like the best. I had so much fun watching the online video and painting. It was almost like I was there in person. The key part of the study was Brushwork. WE were supposed to make each stroke count.  I will see if Richard Robinson thinks I have done that. I feel we must do challenges in order to grow as an artist.

Autumn Path was started as a class oil painting but was finished in my studio.  I have several art leagues that I belong to and we paint weekly.  Since I started it in a class but finished it in my studio I am offering the painting as one of my collector pieces.
I used yellows,oranges,reds,greens and lots of paint.  This gave me the feeling of some cool weather. I love the fall weather and colors.
