Capturing life around me is constantly challenging as it is always changing. I discovered the old red truck just a few miles from the house. I used the camera shots I took of it to paint in the studio later that afternoon.  I hope you enjoy viewing it as a painting as much as I did in real life.

I did this painting in oils while in Montana visiting. I love that state.  Great scenery and friends.  I find that I love the  mountains and the crisp weather and scenery.  A Mother Bear and her cubs was done from my photos. I used my artistic licsense and put several photos together.
